Left for dead in the post-nuclear deserts of Australia after defeating Lord Humungus’ horde in Mad Max 2 (1981), ex-officer Max Rockatansky stumbles upon Bartertown, ruled by the autocratic Queen Aunty Entity. To gain his freedom and provisions, Max must fight to the death against the grotesque Master/Blaster in the Thunderdome. After the brutal match, Max is banished to the wilderness, where he discovers The Lost Tribe, a group of marooned children awaiting the legendary Captain Walker. Is Max their savior?
